You’ll need to complete tasks inside a University, a Hotel, and a Scenic Pond to finish these three tasks, and you should be able to complete them in friends’ towns, if you don’t have any of these items in your own town. When you complete this final goal in Part 1 of the Rock Royalty event, you’ll receive three Cowbells and will be one step closer to the ultimate prize: the Rock Festival.
