City Of Scottsdale Bill Pay

Full of tradition and history and hard work Scottsdale makes it easy for their citizens to decide how they pay their service bill each month.  With several choices available to them, Scottsdale citizens are able to take control of their account and feel better about how their money is managed each month.

City Of Scottsdale Bill Pay Options:

Payment options for Scottsdale customers include Online payment, Bill Pay (through Banking Institution) Mail, In Person, Drop Box, Superpay or by phone.

On-Line – Scottsdale customers will find it easy to pay their bill online each month www.scottsdaleaz.gov.  Using EZ-Pay customers are able to pay their bill using MasterCard, Visa, Discover Credit or debit card.  The EZ-Pay site is a third party vendor and a service fee applies for use of their service.  The cost to use the service is $1.50.  They also have a maximum payment amount of $300.00. Customers are able to use this service 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

The ability to set up reoccurring payments is not available through this method. To make a payment using EZ-Pay customers may visit this link.  Be sure that you have your account number and PIN available.  Payments made after 7 p.m. will take an additional business day to post to your account and will not be processed on holidays.

Checking/Savings/Money Market Account  – By using a third party vendor customers are able to make payments to their account using their checking, savings or money market account.  Payments will be made through a vendor called Billtrust.  There is no fee or maximum amount for using this service per transaction.  When customers use this option they have two choices.  Customers can sign up for an Ebill profile.  This will allow them to receive their bills electronically each month and be able to schedule when and how their payments are made each month.  If customers choose to use this option they will no longer receive a paper statement in the mail each month. A one-time payment option does not require customers to sign up.  This option also does not allow customers to be able to view their utility bill online, or save banking information.

Bill Pay through Bank – Many financial institutions allow their customers to be able to set up bill payment through them www.scottsdaleaz.gov.  This allows customers the flexibility to have their accounts debited each month for the amount of their bill.  To find out more about Bill pay through your bank visit your institution.  If you are setting up bill pay for the first time with your bank customers will need to have the information for Scottsdale Utility and their account number which can be found at the top of their utility bill.

Pay by Phone – Customers may make a payment over the phone by calling 1-866-466-2422.  Payments over the phone can be made with a credit/debit card through EZ-Pay. There is a transaction fee of $1.95 with a maximum amount of $300.00 per transaction.  This option is available to customers 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Future dated payments are not an option with this service.

Cash Payments neither are nor accepted.

Super Pay  – Scottsdale customers can chose to have their checking savings or money market account debited using this method.  There is no fee for this service.  By using this service with Scottsdale utilities you are authorizing them to debit your account each month for the amount stated on you monthly bill.  Customers must fill out and return the Fillable Superpay Form. They must continue to pay their bill as usual until active.
